Current Weight: About 200 lbs? I don't have a functioning scale.
Goal Weight 1: 190 lbs. Reward: Pride in my progress.
Goal Weight 2: 180 lbs. Reward: Actual profile photo of myself
Goal Weight 3: 170 lbs. Reward: I'll start posting progress photos here on Tumblr. :)
Goal Weight 4: 160 lbs. Reward: I'll start wearing clothes I've always wanted to wear.
Goal Weight 5: 150 lbs. Reward: Past half-way point! I'll start saving for my Japanese lessons.
Goal Weight 6: 140 lbs. Reward: Be in shock! I'd go out somewhere amazing with my family and friends!
Goal Weight 7: 130 lbs. Reward: Start saving money for Russian lessons.
Goal Weight 8: 120 lbs. Reward: My jaw dropping?!
Goal Weight: 110 lbs. (probably my ultimate goal weight) Reward: STAY THAT WEIGHT!!!

Air squat challenge
* The proper activity done a few minutes before eating can encourage food calories to get shuttled into the muscle cells, before it has a chance to get stored as body fat.
* Increases insulin sensitivity and burns some extra calories.
I accept the term and condition.
I wouldn’t be able to do this during school lunch, but I’ll do it for every other meal! I shall start tomorrow and post everyday how I’m doing!
